Lauren.

First came to yoga as a means of feeling better within myself and doing something for me, after my first class I was hooked and I have consistently practiced Yoga now for 8 years. In 2017 I decided to take the jump and signed up for a Yoga Teacher Training Course based at Yoga Hub in Liverpool City Centre where I trained for 7 months and gained my Yoga Alliance 200 hour Hatha and Hot Yoga teaching qualification under Stuart Alexander and Frank Perry.

I aim for my classes to be fun and friendly with challenging elements while being accessible to all. There are always options for beginners and challenges for the more advanced student, so there is always something for everyone. Although I love many styles of yoga I especially love to teach a flow class - when the energy in the room connects and you can see people practicing and breathing together, it is really special.

I'd like to think that I have a fun and positive outlook on life. I love to travel and experience new places and cultures. I love being outdoors and experiencing our seasons - especially the Autumn which is my favourite season. As much as I love to travel I also like nothing more than pottering about at home.

I'm really looking forward to beginning classes at Base51 and getting to know everyone very soon!
