The 8 week intensive program will get results as long as you work with our pre-set goals.

 We aim for 3 sessions a week, some are guided solo sessions some are one to one, all sessions work towards your given plan.

The aim is to get your body looking & working at it's best.

Weekly food diary review if you wish - Body fats and measurements - Fitness progression.

 

Week 1 (Kick start week.) 

Session 1 - Set up your food log app (optional).

                Take measurements (optional).

                Fact finding using functional training 

      

Session 2 - One to one personal training

Session 3 - One to one personal training

Weeks 2 to 5

 

Session 1 - Review & measurements, One to one fitness coaching

Session 2 - Solo micro interval (guided)

Session 3 - One to coaching

 

 

Weeks 6 to 8

 

Session 1 - Review & measurements, One to one fitness coaching

Session 2 - Hitt sessions & core strength

Session 3 - One to one coaching

This all adds up to commitment to change.

24 hour contact and advice.

8 week food monitoring and reviews.
