 Yoga

Yoga has been part of my life for 10 years, prior to this, I was probably the least likely person you would find in a yoga studio. Initially I pursued it as a physical practice following knee surgery but as I continued on my path, I have realised that it is so much more. 

As a fully qualified Yoga Alliance teacher, my Hatha style classes will incorporate breath, strengthening, stretching , balancing and relaxation. I also encourage the use of props to deepen postures and focus on alignment. My classes are inclusive of all abilities, challenging yet fun and my hope is that you will step off the mat feeling calm, nourished and centred, both physically and mentally.
