Ali’s yoga journey first began in 1996, when she went to live and work in the Himalayan kingdom of Nepal. Several years there drew her closer to the magic of yoga, a practice deeply ingrained in Nepalese lifestyle.
She returned to the UK in 2002 to work as a midwife.
Ali rediscovered her love of yoga during her pregnancy with
her first child in 2010. From here, her practice and passion
continued to grow. Somehow managing to fit in daily
practice and another two children along the way;
Ali eventually completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training
with Seasonal Yoga Teacher
Training School. She is able to guide students through a
variety of yoga practices. Seasonal Flow, Traditional
Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayamas, guided relaxation, Chair yoga. Ali is very passionate about yoga; she eats, sleeps and breathes it!
