A solo ride is just what it says, you book your time & hit the bike doing your own session or a pre-designed workout by me. I will always be on site just incase you need anything, but really it's you & one hell of a bike. We also have Zwift enabled so you can pick and choose a Zwift session.
FTP stands for Functional Threshold Power, which is commonly defined as the highest average power you can sustain for an hour, measured in watts. FTP is often used to determine training zones when using a power meter and to measure improvement. It's a very good indicator to your true fitness & it's an ideal test if you are dropping your weight and want to make sure you are not losing muscle or lowering your fitness.
