I’m posting this to help people understand what is normal and healthy. Over the last few years it’s become more and more acceptable to have high body fats, why should you accept an unhealthy level? Surely we are all worth more than that.

Most people feel happy with 35% or less, but please don't forget your health & how you feel about yourself is the most important. Your body is the only thing we truly own & cannot replace, it's also priceless so surely we owe it to ourselves to make the most of it.
